Prof.dr. Jacqueline Meulman, hoogleraar Toegepaste Datatheorie aan de Universiteit Leiden, is gekozen tot nieuwe voorzitter van de Nederlandse Vereniging voor Statistiek en Operations Research; hiermee is zij de opvolger van Richard Gill.
