Presentation Women Professors Monitor 2023
On December 7, the Dutch Network of Women Professors will present the outcomes of the 2023 Women Professors Monitor. The Monitor provides insight in the current figures concerning the ratio of women to men in academia, as well as the representation of women in university boards, university medical centers and other academic organisations.
During this presentation, we will shed light on the outcomes of the Monitor. Additionally, we will engage in in-depth discussions about these results. What do these figures actually mean? What do we know now, and more importantly, what do we still not know? What is going well, and what is needed for change?
