Johanna Westerdijk was the first female professor in the Netherlands. This year, it is 100 years ago that she received her docterate at Utrecht University. The Wo/men Network invites three VU professors to reflect on their position as succesful women at the VU, and invites you to
join.

13.30 - 13.40: Introduction by Renée Andrée, Director HRM the VU; What is
the Wo/men VU network?
13.40 - 13.50: Short introduction: Who was Johanna Westerdijk, and what
can be learned from her?
13.50 – 14.20: Prof. Joke van Saane, Prof. Meike Bartels & Prof. Marianne
Moyaert about their experiences as succesful women in academia
14.20 –14.50: Panel discussion
14.50-15.00: Wrap up and closure
