How to keep women (and men) in science? - by prof. Petra Rudolf

The number of female staff members is, according to the Faculty of Science of the RU, small and too many highly talented female scientists drop out in various stages in their scientific career. This is a great loss for science.

In order to address this problem the Faculty of Science of the Radboud University Nijmegen has invited prof. Petra Rudolf to speak about measures to be taken to ensure that women stay in science. Prof. Rudolf holds a chair in Experimental Solid State Physics at the University of Groningen. She has also been very active in promoting measures to keep female researchers in science.
